Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our programs and content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. If a specific program includes a satisfaction guarantee, that guarantee will be clearly stated on the sales page. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to membership content will continue through the paid period. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.
7. 1:1 Coaching
Coaching services are subject to a separate coaching agreement, which will be provided prior to the commencement of services. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health support. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, and results. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching.
